At Well, you’re buying more than just Mounjaro.

Your Mounjaro journey begins with an online video consultation with one of our GP or specialist nurses to help us understand your goals and expectations. We’ll use what we learn to determine the best medication for your specific needs – so if you order Mounjaro, but we think Wegovy might help you better reach your goals (or vice versa), we’ll let you know during your consultation.

Months two to five.

As you begin your second month, our clinicians will check in with another video consultation to make sure your medication is working for you, and help you to manage any side effects.

For the next two months, we’ll continue to monitor your progress through online self-assessments where you can let us know how you’re getting on.

Months five and onwards.

From month five, we'll check in via video every three months, and you'll complete a self-assessment each month when you order your medication – with all of your assessments are reviewed by a GP or specialist nurse from our small, core team. If we've got any concerns, we'll give you a call to check in.
